Below is a statement we (our attorney) sent to Enzo Zelocchi's attorney Mark Lazo Esq as it feels somehow fitting here:
“Ken, a private investigator, was hired by Iza to locate Zelocchi. Iza represented himself to Ken as a legit and wealthy entrepreneur who had been duped and robbed by Zelocchi, who was trying to extort Iza for millions (for the return of what he robbed – Iza’s laptop with access to cryptocurrency). Ken did his usual work – and did not participate in or control any of the police-related acts, like the wiretap. Ken stopped working for Iza as soon as it became apparent Iza was not on the up-and-up; and shortly after sued Iza and Au for unpaid surveillance services.”
