Mr. Childs entered the investigative fields in 1999 when he was hired by one of the largest surveillance firms in the industry. The company recognized in Mr. Childs salient qualities and characteristics necessary for an investigator. Mr. Childs proved them right, continually impressing his superiors with his honest, hardworking demeanor as well as his willingness to take on the role of leader while in the field. He quickly rose to the top of his company of 125 investigators. He then expanded his horizons, working with smaller firms who specialized in insurance surveillance as well as criminal investigations. He gained the invaluable experience of finding and interviewing witnesses, and getting to the bottom of suspected crimes. After approximately a year, he built a name for himself through his strong work ethic and continual commitment to excellence. He was subsequently sought out by another large investigative firm specializing in insurance claims. After continuing his craft with them for approximately a year and a half, he decided to open Paramount Investigative Services and specialize in surveillance issues.
Mr. Childs takes classes and training courses to stay current with industry trends. He is currently involved in the California Association of Licensed Investigators, where he has been a member since 2004. In 2009 he was elected the Los Angeles District Governor. Since 2010, he has served as the Los Angeles District Director. He plans to remain an active participant in the CALI organization in order to build a larger network of associates and friends.
